Great service

One of the items I wanted the team to look at was replacing the front air scoop. It had been cracked and pulled away when the car ran too close into a parking space, over a curb. I had it secured and showed the service person the way I had it. They informed me that it would be at least $1000 to repair it. When my service was completed, I drove home to Charlotte and as I was slowing off the interstate I heard this awful noise and pulled off the road to find out that the complete front panel had fallen out and all the screws were out. I believe a technician took them out and didn’t replace them. After I reported this to Annie, the Operations Mgr called me and told me that he thinks that they didn’t touch anything and the wind tore them out (ALL of them?!?); however, I had been driving the car like that for two months so I believe your dealership is responsible.
