Shelton was extremely helpful.He helped get an issue with Sunbit taken care of so I could pay for service.Both Shelton and the tech working on car kept me informed during and after repair was completed.
I asked that my turn signal that was replaced last time I was there was looked at. Picked up the car, drove away, not fixed

Ms Clack is my preferred service advisor over all others at Renaldo Kia. I won't bring my vehicle in at all or even make an appointment when she's not available. As she is very knowledgeable & understanding of me & my vehicle's needs. I've had other Service Advisors there in the past, & they were less than stellar in their job. As they were not very knowledgeable it seemed.

Jerri is fantastic! You can tell that she really cares about the customer! She has a rare talent these days and she actually listens to a customer’s concerns. She is a great Service Writer who knows her job. She is the main reason why I bring my Kia Sorento back to the dealer for any type of service including oil changes. I find comfort in dealing with her. Very honest and helpful. I hope these comments make it back to her with a big Thank You! ????
The oil change was fast and I was really pleased. Then the nightmare started. We'll take it around the block they said. A half hour later, I'm told I may have a leaking valve stem. Which did little to quell my concern during this period that someone is driving my vehicle around for a half hour and I don't know if or when I'll get it back. I'm happy they put all their effort into solving the problem, but cars get us to our jobs, to food/groceries, and home. Leaving the customer in the lurch for so long was more than a little frustrating. The oil change would've been 5 stars, with the tire concern dropping it to 3. The service did well, except failing to update the customer or consider their concern during this period. Cars may seem to be another commodity for sale, but to many(myself included) they are a very important part of our lives.
Renaldo has always been very good to me.Service personel have been courteous and let me know maintenance recommendations but don't push me into must do situations.
It does seem like when I do have Renaldo to do maintenance service there are always other surprises that come up on my kia soul. I hardly drive this car. I guess I'm totally surprised and in denial that the things they tell me that is wrong is wrong with it. And then I don't have enough money to get the situation addressed. Like I said I don't hardly drive this car and I just find it hard to believe that things they say are wrong with it. Thank you'll for what was done today.
