Renaldo has always been very good to me.Service personel have been courteous and let me know maintenance recommendations but don't push me into must do situations.

It does seem like when I do have Renaldo to do maintenance service there are always other surprises that come up on my kia soul. I hardly drive this car. I guess I'm totally surprised and in denial that the things they tell me that is wrong is wrong with it. And then I don't have enough money to get the situation addressed. Like I said I don't hardly drive this car and I just find it hard to believe that things they say are wrong with it. Thank you'll for what was done today.

Had to come back they said they had the part to fix my recall but did not and I had to return the next day and taken a half day off to get my car through the recalls they told me when I called on Friday they had the parts but Monday they did not have them.
