Service experience with Dana was exceptional. However the added 3% fee for using a credit card was insulting! Unless it is warranty work, at no charge to me, I will not return for this very reason. Bosak is a large network of dealerships, it's a shame you pass this fee onto customers considering how mush the vehicle already cost, and the amount service could cost. Embarrassing and shameful. I would not have bought this car from you if I knew this in advance, I feel deceived. I will forward this to Honda.
