No need to call me. I am just sharing my opinion so you can either improve your customer service or evaluate that my opinion is incorrect. I had a standing “appointment” for 11:30 AM. I brought my vehicle in at 11:08am. It took well over two hours from the “scheduled time” to change oil, rotate tires and change a burned out lightbulb. That is ridiculous, my time is valuable. I will be taking my general maintenance oil changes, tire rotations, and air filter changes to a local establishment instead of the dealership. I will still come to Toyota for repairs, just not general maintenance. This is not a poison pen letter, this is just a factual statement of how I feel.

The service attendant Joe was very rude to me when I noticed spots of liquid/ fluid beneath my car when it was pulled out parked at exit door, I asked about the fluid beneath my car since it was below where the oil pan would be located, a mechanic looked under the car and said it was condensate, when the car was pulled out, I checked the fresh fluid and found it to oil, I took photos of the spots on the ground and on my finger called out Joe and showed him, he was reluctant to have it checked again, finally after insisting to have it checked again , it was pulled back in and checked again, I wasn’t able to see what was done, then I was called in to see under when it was raised after it was checked again, it was pulled out, I the manger got involved, it was pulled out and let to sit for 5-7 minutes, Joe placed cardboard beneath the car on his own accord, when Joe pulled the cardboard out I spotted oil had absorbed into the cardboard, he tried to explain it off as it was already on the cardboard before he placed under, that the mechanic had oil on his hand when he gave it to him, I took photos of the cardboard while Joe tried to cover the cardboard with another, I had him separate the two boards and took a photo, the manager also saw the spots, I after talking with the manager we agreed that I take it and if I noticed and leaking or oil spots in my driveway to bring it back and he would take care of it. It was very unpleasant and time consuming with Joe, I made it to work later than normal due this ordeal. I am contemplating using another Toyota service center cause I’m am loosing confidence at Bosak. I am giving Joe a very poor the lowest rating there is.
