Oh, yes! Joe was great! I would hope to keep him as my personal. Very congenial and professional. Reminded my why I stay with the Bosak Family and drive almost an hour just for service. He is definitely a keeper! Thank you Bosak!!!

3.5 hours to receive a diagnosis of the problem was ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the part isn't in stock So I have to come back. The service girl was nice and apologetic. Although, someone should have come to me to explain the delay before I became annoyed. Apparently, the combination of slow computers and new service tech was the problem. If you need new computers, you had better get them. You can believe that I will be telling my friends how I spent my morning today.

Yes, no pressure sales in service like Team Toyota. Everything that was asked was completed. Both ladies in the service department were pleasant and helpful. The first time I enjoyed my service experience in a long time. Great job!
