When I get ready to purchase a new vehicle ???? , I try the service department with my old vehicle first , to see how the car dealership Handels it . The communication is not so good . Phone no answer , mailbox full …………. Otherwise , the car is running good .

Thanks for giving my car an inspection. It’s been super reliable! And I have been very diligent about service and have driven it carefully! But I know it’s getting older and having a Toyota trained mechanic inspect it really gives me confidence that it will not leave me on the side of the road or worse! Lakeshore and recently Bosak burns harbor, has always given me excellent service since I bought the car new in 2009! Looking forward to many more years of excellent service at Bosak! Toyota’s hybrid cars are amazing!!!

Toyota service center has been great. I however know them wayyy too well. My vehicle has been in repeatedly in for chronic technical problems. To the point of replacing the entire head of the vehicle technology systems and I’m still having problems. At this point I consider the Toyota brand unreliable and would not purchase another. When I do decide to replace my vehicle it will be with another manufacturer

I recently bought a car at this dealership, and while the car itself is great, there was one big issue. I paid for the car in cash, but the manager still made me fill out a form that asked for my Social Security Number (SSN). A few days later, I noticed my credit score dropped because the dealership did a hard inquiry on my credit. I don’t understand why they did this since I wasn't financing or leasing the car. It seriously affected my credit score for no reason. If you're planning to buy here, be careful and ask why they need your SSN, especially if you're paying cash. This experience was disappointing, and I hope they change their approach. I called Bosak Toyota's phone number last week and left my details, but no one ever got back to me.
