Sam ‘s service was fine. It’s what was happening in the service area. That was frustrating. I had my car towed in on a Monday morning because of A failed water pump. They had the part in stock yet. It still took four days to get my car back for this simple fix. Last time I had to have my car towed in for a fuel pump replacement it also took four days for this simple fix. So frustrating.

Your team consistently try to push the same extra services at every visit. Even if those same services were done on the previous visit. You also charge an extra 3% for those people paying with a credit card which is highway robbery. There is absolutely no reason to have that in place. I work in the IT field for a local plumbing wholesale company and set up our credit card processing system. Don't know who you are using but I would highly recommend you switch if they are charging you a fee to process credit card transaction outside your regular normal service fees.
Due to a failure to order a part, I am without a vehicle for 3 more days than I was originally informed. I am now walking or relying on others for transportation until my vehicle service is completed: hopefully next Monday.

The only thing that was disappointing was the oil change and brake fluid replacement took over 2 hours. The service done was, however, satisfactory.
