Thank you for sharing that my tire did not have the manufactured sensor replaced by Firestone. Because of this error that was caught during the diagnostic, Firestone is reimbursing me for the diagnostic I paid out of pocket and will replace my rubber stem with the Lexus factory one they did not originally placed in my replaced tire. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.

I already talked to Robert, service manager. Alex did not communicate with me about when my car was ready. I had to call twice to get a time, which was two hours past the time I was told it should be ready. My time is valuable, I cannot be expected to put my life on hold waiting for someone to do their job.
