I am disappointed that I was told nothing is wrong with my vehicle. Then when they were questioned about it, they made excuses. Anytime there is a noise with a steering wheel, there is something wrong.

I wasn't there during service, my wife was there with my daughter. To charge $20 to tighten boltz for a door that should have never made is petty. In all the years I've never experienced an issue with a door like in this particular case, and even if I did the manufacturer would have fixed it for free. None of my vehicles have ever experienced this issue...from Honda to VW, not once. We've purchased three vehicles from your establishment over the last four years and we take out vehicles to your establishment for maintenance as well. The charging of $20 seems petty to me.
