I won't reflect it on a survey, but would like to suggest going forward that engine filters be vacuumed off when possible rather than having a customer spend $60 to replace it prematurely.

Cheryl is always very personable with me. She got my car in quickly and kept me informed as to what was needed and where my car was in the process. At contract singing I requested a car detailing with each service. Today they worked extra hard at cleaning my car. I was very pleased at the effort and willingness to do it right.

Cheryl did a great job of getting my Optima in to have the recall work addresses and corrected. She was efficient and friendly. My only wish is that KIA would consider the Steering Coupler that needs addressed on my vehicle as a needed recall. My vehicle barely has 65k miles, and I feel that KIA should honor there product and replace this defective part.
