I discussed oil changes and basic maintenance with the gentleman at the signing for my new vehicle. I was told it was included with the purchase of the vehicle. I drove from York to Gettysburg under the impression that It was being covered. I would have had my husband do it at home if I would have known. When brought to their attention that we were supposed to have that package on my vehicle they did not cover my oil change or anything. This was my first oil change for this vehicle and they didn’t even offer a discount or a first oil change for free. They were not willing to work with my husband AT ALL, terrible customer service and terrible service at the purchase of my vehicle. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
