I was told my appointment would take 1/2 hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I did speak to the Service Manager who seemed not to care that my time was wasted & that I was not happy with the way I was treated. All in all, it was a pretty unpleasant experience. I could have rearranged two other appointments that afternoon had I been provided accurate information at the outset.

Service was 2 days long , didn ‘t like that ,no discount , coupons or service speciials like it says on the webside ( 3,5.% only). Too expensive , wouldn’ t do it again at this dealership.Service lady was very good , hellpfull and accomodating I am grategull for tthat .Thank you Cheryl very much.
