I was a little confused why we had to pay a service fee for a software update. I provided the error code before arrival and was told the first thing that comes up from the Kia software when a tech types it in is to update the software. I appreciate being charged for half an hour rather than the full amount, but I feel like a software update solution should be covered by Kia (maybe not Renn Kirby), but definitely by Kia. Other than that everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly. Staff was awesome!

The lady who assisted me at the desk was amazing and definitely a people person ! She helped me so much and explained everything! She even walked me to the car and pointed out the icy spots! I’m 82 years old! Also I was very pleased with the work done by your mechanic as everything was explained on the points sheet! You deserve an exemplary rating! Thanks !!

I took my car in because when shifting gears the car jerks or the gears feel like they slip. I was told to warm my car up for 5 min before driving to help the liquid warm up. I was also told that there’s a slight tire vibration which could be causing the jerking. I was told nithing was found with the transmission. After having the car hone, and letting it warm up before driving….. the issue is still there.

I asked to have my windshield washer fluid filled up & it wasn’t. It was marked on the papers I received that it was filled. Does your technicians not fill it all the way? If I am paying to have my car serviced there, then it should be done like i asked?
