Came in for metal shavings in oil found during first oil change since my ownership. Kia refused to pull things apart to look at what’s going on. It was stated that they would not do that unless they were being paid. Not sure why I even took off work to sit at Kia for an hour just to be told that without any major issues such a noise, smoking or just breaking down there is nothing they can do.. including actually checking over my vehicle. Also, absolutely no one greets you upon arrival. Apparently lunch is 3pm considering everyone was eating?

Always greeted , waited on , how can we help you When you walk in . They try to accommodate you . The showroom is spacious, comfortable and clean. Can't say nothing negative.

I’m 76 and walk with a cane. When I got to Renn Kirby KIA in Gettysburg, Pa Racheal asked if I needed a charger thing for my phone. When I left she walked me to my car. Racheal needs to be recovered as an EXCEPTIONALY EMPLOYEE. !!!
