He answered my questions about my tires. My car phone wasn’t receiving text messages and he actually found the problem and fixed it. You can’t ask for any better than that. I left a happy customer. I can tell you that hasn’t always been the case. Thank you Tuscaloosa Toyota.

He educated me on what my vehicle needs, the status of my vehicle after the mechanic analyzed the vehicle. He was friendly and showed he cared by helping me see what my vehicle needed to last long and stay running properly. I always go to Jeremy Beck, great guy

No feedback. Didn’t fix tire pressure problem. My Toyota app has yet to be activated and you did not have me in your computer from when I bought the car. I received two texts about my appointment. Both texts were not in my name. Completely dissatisfied with your services.

To preface, I have been coming to Tuscaloosa Toyota for over 10 years and have always been pleased- until today. My service advisor knew I was waiting and estimated the service to take 2 hours. As time ticked on, he came out a single time to inform me of a few things that also needed to be done. At no time, did we discuss the length of time- but again, he knew I was waiting. After 3 hours, I went to find him, and after he checked in the vehicle, he told me they were finishing up. 45 minutes later, he told me that because of a recall( which was on the initial list), it would be an additional hour. I ended up waiting for five hours. I arrived at 7:05, and left at 12:00. The communication was horrible, and the length of time to process my vehicle was unacceptable- considering I had been expecting 2 hours. My service advisor was a nice guy, but he never once offered an apology or an explanation. What usually is a great experience, was a very frustrating one. Thanks for hearing me out.
