Hood was not closed correctly upon leaving the lot and car was filthy after being told it was being washed prior to pick up. Also,Handicap parking was full and unavailable due to employees parking there, according to salesman.i was w 2 handicapped people. Very bad service day. Please call me. Lv MSSG or TEXT me.

I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon, to have my air conditioning checked. As you know, you did not have power that day so I rescheduled for Saturday morning. I was your first client and was checked in by Hayden at 7 AM. I left your building at 1:15. Waiting that long is unacceptable.

We brought our car in for maintenance because our battery keeps dying after a few days. We picked it up days later for the only response to be “maybe you keep leaving a light on”. We can’t communicate enough the issues we are facing but at this point Corona Hyundai seems to be a loss for us. We will try other dealerships to get our issue resolved. Extremely disappointed in the service we received.

Providing only one way service transportation, especially on a recall is poor. Our other car is serviced at the Subaru dealer in Riverside, which is much further away from our home and they provide transport both ways. Also, when I visit the Subaru dealer I’m talking with service writers who are technical. That was not the case at your dealership. I had hoped that the negative sales experience that I had would not be repeated in the service department, but it was.
