I drive from Temecula to this dealership because I always had good experience in the past and everyone seem to be verry nice from the day I bought my Suv there, however this time wI had a bad experience.I had an appointment for my car maintenance. Upon checking in I was told it will take between 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. After 1 hour and 20 mins , I asked Lucio for an estimated time on my car since it was already at the time quoted and I was there with my 6 months baby and had another appointment coming up. His answer was very rude, his exact words were" I said it takes about 1-1.5 hours so what has it been, only 30 mins ??? I was surprised on how rude he answered and his assumption on how long has it been considering there is a time stamp on the screen showing the time I checked in.So after I politely advised him that I been waiting for close to 1.5 hours and I have another appointment to go too , he said" the car is under jose? " I am a female and he clearly saw me coming in with a baby and my mom. I felt like I was such an inconvenience to him not just base d on how rude he was but also his body language.
Another thing I would like to adress in regards to the waiting area. I always appreciated that the dealership had treats (coffe, water, snack)for the people waiting for their car to be maintenanced. This time, there was no water, the popcorn maker was empty. No one attempted to check on the supplies to refill. Normally I don't really get anything but since we had to wait such a long time, I was really thirsty and little hungry. I aproched an employee , tall afro American gentleman sitting a the desk right near the sitting area and asked if it's possible to refill the popcorn. He said the person that's in charge of it it's not there. He didnt even offer maybe some water,since was nothing left in the fridge. I am not expecting to walk in a dealership and expecting to eat or drink, however if there is a station already set up for drinks and snacks , would be appreciated if it's refilled occasionall and at least water should be offered. I drove all the way to this dealership several times because we always used to get great service there before,but after this experience I might just stay local and go to the Temecula one since it's in town.
MICHAEL ALWAYS GIVES A+ service I would not take my car to any other dealership for service.

3 of us arrived at 7 am a scheduled. Your mechanics were also there, waiting to work. The problem was the was NO ONE to check us in and get us started. The opening service rep arrived 45 minutes late! Cayden. The dealership manager not scheduled until 8 or after. Days he spent 1.5 hrs trying to start his car. Did uber go out of business? If you are the ONLY opeming rep, have a plan b to arrive on time. As i had to wait for my car, this blew up my morning. Along with my car sitting for another 15-20 minutes before being told it was ready. Very poor planning on the dealerships part. I value my time, you obviously don't.
Michael was very helpful and made sure the process of having my car serviced went smoothly.
