There were issues with the car that I wasn’t notified about prior to pick up my vehicle. I got this text message instead:” Update: Hi Corneliu! We are finalizing your paperwork, and your Hyundai is currently in the wash. We will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup. Thank you Vanessa Moreno”
Lucio was great. No issues there. However, you should not schedule recall service appointment when you don't have the parts. There needs to be better coordination between the 2 teams. Linda was calling more Santa Fe owners and booking appointments as I was there waiting and the part is not even there for the recall.
Hayden was very courteous .
Not very friendly staff. They also said everything would of been done the same day, yet I have to come back again to get the work done. Also, I was there for over 2 hours for something that took 20 minutes to check. It should of not of taken that long. Hire some friendly and knowledgeable/efficient staff.
Better communication of what is being done or not being done with my vehicle. Verify what’s supposed to be done before the customer leaves the premises.

Scheduling for appointment was convenient and I was able to get scheduled within the ates I requested. The service time taken for completion of services required was consistent with what was stated during checkin.
Unfortunately I was unable to catch' the recommended maintenance portion of the RO# 324087-202411; the photos were depicted in the Additional Recommendations section, but the was missing written specifically for each of the photos taken.
(Not a 'deal breaker but would have been appreciated if that information showed up on the Services 'link' while the vehicle was still on the rack; I could have had them take care of those items).
The car was and interior 'touch-u, following transformed my vehicle into an 'off the showroom floor' condition.
Personnel were great in handling my service experience from check in to when the handed back my keys.
Recommend: bring out more snacks. The popcorn machine was without popcorn. A little thing but goes a long way with customers while they are waiting for their vehicles.
