My customer service experience was excellent and the wait time was highly appreciated, especially since I received service the same day I called. The staff was friendly and informative. The only negative drawback was the waiting area. There was popcorn left inside of the coffee table, the floor, and the seats were dirty. Overall, I enjoyed the service and amenities that were provided.

The most important concern was not addressed. I don’t want a call from anyone from your dealership to discuss anything. I will not return to your dealership.

The service area needs a few seats for people waiting. I’m recovering from broken leg and had to stand too long. People are friendly but it was hard to stand .

Horrible! Mike left a message yesterday. I called back and left a message. I’ve been trying to get my back door/ window fixed forever. I paid to get 1 rear view mirror fixed when it was still under warranty but it wasn’t covered. I don’t even know how many times now I’ve attempted to get the window fixed. I remember you didn’t have whatever was needed (although was told you did) when I got rear view fixed. Then I believe went back and it was attempted to be fix. I told them it still has never worked. I told them over the phone when I made appointment for recall. And when I checked in filling out the paperwork. It was written done. Upon leaving I noticed window still doesn’t work. Both men were so rude, arguing with me, asking me when I brought it in over and over. I said look on the computer. He continued to badger me and continued asking me about 4x. I asked how many times do I have to bring it in and it not get fixed? Now you’ll to pay $250 for a diagnostic check (for the window that’s never been fixed correctly. When I first drove that car home it had a crack in the windshield I didn’t notice. Called as soon as I got home and was given the runaround saying ‘how do we know you didn’t do it on the way home?’ I’ve been given a hard time there since I got that car.

Daniel was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The other staff in this department should adapt the same work ethic and follow Daniel's lead. I would return just because of my encounter with him.

Although the recall was taken care of and my service of oil changeand such, They didn't find what was wrong with the stalling of when I put my foot on the gas when I'm at a Stop sign. I was told just to undo that button.That does the automatic shut off But, I'm kinda lyria that. The gentleman that checked me in was on point. They called me when my car was done. And that part of all that service was excellent, but again, we'll see if that does the trick of turning that button off.
