Hayden did a great job. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and advised me on updated maintenance schedules for Addie oil changes so I wouldn’t be coming in unnecessarily. Hayden is a keeper !

Micheal has been a loyal, perceptive and understanding person to do business with for years now. I appreciate meeting and doing business with him each time my car is due for maintenance. It’s because of his dedication to identifying what needs to be done on each visit that my car has over 250,000 miles on it and the only thing that has ever failed on it was the Starter Battery. It still has the original brake pads on it with lots of pad left front and back!

Service advisor was less than attentive. Was there for almost 2.5 hours and never came to give any updates and when he finally did come over he had mistaken me for another customer. He also let me sit 10-15 min in the waiting room after the service techs had parked my car and brought the key in
