Mike was a pleasure to work with. He remembered speaking with me on the phone the day before. Which made me feel welcomed and he appreciated my business. He explained a few dealership specials, that were currently going on at the dealership. So I took advantage of an oil change. I appreciate his willingness to look out for my best interest. My main reason for a service call, was a 4 wheel alignment. The mechanic was spot on perfect with my alignment

I liked that things were brought up to me and that how much it would have cost to get them fixed or replaced. The only bummer part of the whole experience was that a mileage change sticker was not placed on my car windshield for the next oil change time frame. Other than that this place is awesome.

Well I would not say I was completely satisfied. M. Vance said he tried to get the repairs covered by the warranty but was not able to. I don't have a reason to doubt that Mike did what he could but at the end of the day the vehicle is still consuming oil.
I owned two Hyundai vehicles and my kids owned one each bringing the total Hyundai cars owned by our family to 4. I will never buy another Hyundai and I will never recommend the brand to anyone.
In short Mike Vance did what he could however the extended warranty company your salesmen push so hard for the customer to buy is completely useless.
Able to come in on the day I called and got in taken care of fast.
Daniel has gone above and beyond! My 2010 Genesis suffered a freak accident and I have to keep it until I’m done with medical school. This said Daniel understood what happened and active listened to the problem and gave multiple options and solutions. Was very mindful of my budget as well and gave options. Best customer service I ever had at a dealership.. and I am a mechanics daughter :)
