I made an appointment for an oil change service. The appointment was for 7:00am. I was there early, and still after being the second car in line, and wasn’t checkout out until 9:15am. Over 2 hours is just a ridiculous amount of time for that service.
On top of that charging 3% to process a credit card was just the icing on my disappointing experience.
Michael is my normal service advisor and he is always great to work with. He knows who I am if I call with questions and he takes the time to answer them.
I got a text message from him at 2:00 p.m. saying he would keep me updated I text him back at 4:00 p.m. and did not hear from him until 6:00 p.m. I don't think it's keeping me updated
Hayden is very nice but very professional, he kept me informed and explained everything to me. Will be back because of him and I thank him

My only dissatisfaction is with Hyundai corporate.
All these years I bought Hyundai - 6 (20 years) thinking the company would stand by their word and warranty.
Disappointed that when it mattered, they easily washed their hands off.
Hyundai engine is burning too much oil - a known problem for my tucson model. Hyundai corp warranty wanted me to give maintenance records for every oil change done from mile 1-73000.
Who keeps these records??? Its a loophole to say NO to owing up to the problem.
How about medical insurance Co asking to gove a list of everything you have eaten the past 5 years with a list of ingredients and reciepts of every purchase - get real !!
I have lost my faith with Hyundai.
I have 3 new cars to buy in 12 months. A different brand may be the way to go.
When it cones to owning up and doing the right thing - only Mike and Hayden stepped up. Hyundai did not.
Disappointed. If anyone reads this and cares to call - my number is on your files
