My only dissatisfaction is with Hyundai corporate.
All these years I bought Hyundai - 6 (20 years) thinking the company would stand by their word and warranty.
Disappointed that when it mattered, they easily washed their hands off.
Hyundai engine is burning too much oil - a known problem for my tucson model. Hyundai corp warranty wanted me to give maintenance records for every oil change done from mile 1-73000.
Who keeps these records??? Its a loophole to say NO to owing up to the problem.
How about medical insurance Co asking to gove a list of everything you have eaten the past 5 years with a list of ingredients and reciepts of every purchase - get real !!
I have lost my faith with Hyundai.
I have 3 new cars to buy in 12 months. A different brand may be the way to go.
When it cones to owning up and doing the right thing - only Mike and Hayden stepped up. Hyundai did not.

Michael Vance was very welcoming from the start. Excellent Customer Service and explained what has been done and need future handling.
All went well except a couple of service options were presented to me to have me spend too much extra money on a car that is only one year old and not driven that much. My family was questioning my acceptance of the extra service added.

Couldn’t say enough about the way Mike took care of me and family. He went above and beyond to reassure me that he would figure out what the issues were with my car. Mike was absolutely amazing to work with. He was efficient and communicative and he never wasted any of my time. He knew exactly the problem with my vehicle when I brought it in and he had my car repaired much sooner than I thought it would be. I didn’t lose any work because he got me a loaner right away.He is by far, the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Growing up as a daughter of a general manager of many car dealerships, I know how the industry works… His service was impeccable and I would recommend him to anyone.
