Sat in car for 10 minutes while Hayden Schulte was working with a customer. Never, never acknowledge me and had to go inside very disappointed with service. Never even said sorry for not helping, he did see me and the worse service from an employee. My rating is ZERO!! Incident on Thurs. 2/6/25

Communication effectiveness of service person regarding charging and estimate paperwork was poor. In addition I saw my car had been completed, washed, and parked for pickup at least 20 minutes before service advisor came to close out my paperwork and give me the keys.
Mike is an exceptional employee that is why I drive down to get my car serviced. I can count on him to get the job done.

Mike Vance is great to work with, but he can’t do everyone’s job for them. Car wasn’t cleaned well last 2 times, and they weren’t able to fix the noise in the rear of my car. Part is being ordered.
They were not able to fix my car problems. They told me it wasn't possible and that the door handle unlock buttons will not work unless I have the key in my hand, which is absolutely ridiculous and makes the keyless entry completely useless.
I was completely satisfied with my visit today. Hayden Shulte was very polite and very helpful. I was really very happy that my wait time was so much less than I’d anticipated.

I bought 2 cars the same day one is a santa fe 2024 and the other is accent 2020 used and you guys treat the used car like it is just for you to make money and then you ask me to recommend you to others which I will never do, I bought the car from you on july 2024 and the car cost me $16000 and now I am trying to trade it in for an electric car but you guys are giving me a value of $7000 which doesn’t make sense that the value went down more than half and I just went in for service today on January 31 2025 and you went even do an oil change for free so how can I be a loyal customer if your value is so bad, I had many cars in my life and this accent is the worst car I ever had and I wish I can trade it in with the same value but tou wont because all you wanted is to make money from us without making loyal customer so what a **** dealer you guys are because if it was a different dealer they will take the car the same value so stay the way you are and just make sales.
I was nervous, anxious and completely stressed with my engine failing but Hayden made me feel safe & secure with the solution and services offered by Cardinale Hyundai. It was the worst service I have ever received at any car dealership. I was supposed to receive a free maintenance, but they tried to charge me a lot. It was almost ripoff. Terrible.
