Daniel did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs on my G80. In addition to the needed repairs I also had my car serviced and Daniel took the time to explain the items covered under this expanded service. When vehicle brought in for service was informed our service agreement had expired. First time hearing this news. Asked if there were any available discounts and was told only $10 off. Same day received service offer in mail for $89 oil change which was considerably land bigger discount than $10. Are the service advisor not aware of all promotions

The coolant leak was resolved BUT I still not like the grinding sound in the steering wheel. The sound was my initial problem , Genesis received a note of attention and service knew of this. The problem was not corrected. I have only problems with this car and can not recommend it .
