Tony is always helpful. Service mechanics couldn’t find the intermittent problem with my charging. Tony made me feel at ease and told me that I could always bring the car in to get it checked. I appreciated that.
Oscar is very nice & helpful, he explained everything clearly, he kept checking in to make I didn’t have any questions or concerns. He set up my valet pickup & drop off of service, which I appreciate very much. Oscar is a great asset to your team.
I would have said that I was satisfied, however, three days after having the car in for a check engine light, the check engine light appeared again. The day the car was serviced we elected to stay and wait for the service to be completed, which was several hours. The dealership is not close to my home and does cause an imposition to take the car there. Now that I need to take a car back a second time for the same issue, I am very displeased.
He is the perfect person to work in the service department. Great guy!

We are new customers of Genesis of Corona we have been very happy with the GV80 but our service girl provider don’t even remember her name has been very short with me and really very rude. We put the car in service in early December , they returned the car back to us in December 4 days latter with no work done other then oil change the girl in service informed me parts needed to be ordered I reach back out on January 25th for an update. Tony had no information on my issue and transferred me to parts , parts had no information on a order so I asked if he had the part I was waiting for he said I have plenty so I asked him to switch me back to service, I explained to Tony what was going on and I will say Tony took care of business got the car picked up that day and got the job done. Riding around in a new $70k car making noise and your service girl never even ordered the part is disappointing. Please give Tony a big thank you in service for getting us taking care of .Andre Veronica G
