We are new customers of Genesis of Corona we have been very happy with the GV80 but our service girl provider don’t even remember her name has been very short with me and really very rude. We put the car in service in early December , they returned the car back to us in December 4 days latter with no work done other then oil change the girl in service informed me parts needed to be ordered I reach back out on January 25th for an update. Tony had no information on my issue and transferred me to parts , parts had no information on a order so I asked if he had the part I was waiting for he said I have plenty so I asked him to switch me back to service, I explained to Tony what was going on and I will say Tony took care of business got the car picked up that day and got the job done. Riding around in a new $70k car making noise and your service girl never even ordered the part is disappointing. Please give Tony a big thank you in service for getting us taking care of .Andre Veronica G

My car looks great, but I was told when I bought the car that they would come pick it up. Bring me a loaner and bring it back with a full tank of gas. Several of the people there told me that and so did Sam the guy who I bought it from But they brought it back empty.

When I first bought my car the service seemed great but now it’s not the same. Seems like the service department is short handed at times. My husband and I both have GV80’s one year apart and our paperwork is always getting messed up. I get text messages on my phone for his car and vice versa.
Rachel has been very responsive and timely in completing the tasks at hand. Very effective and efficient. Great communication as well.

I was not satisfied with the amount Genesis wanted to charge me for brake pads and front rotors. However, Anthony Bradley did everything he he could to keep me happy and tried to work with the managers to drive the cost down at least a little bit, with price matching from Brembo brakes & rotors $179. Versus $4,500. Genesis cost. Anthony Bradley is a great asset you your company, he did a great job and kept me from loosing my cool.
