Friendly and efficient and caring.
It was very miscommunicated the cost and deductible. The repair also was not due to anything I did or caused. However the service guy was not nice or helpful. I requested to change servi e guys after each time feeling he is short and refuses to listen to my concerns or questions. The managers helped me and did not agree with the miscommunication therefore fixed my issues.
To my knowledge every problem with the vehicle has been fixed which is what was required since I want to sell it. It’s a big issue off my plate thanks to you. I was kept informed of the progress on the car. I was also impressed with the snack bar Eddy’s has for employees & waiting owners. Geraldo was professional & nice in handling a question for me. I

I would like to know why my cabin air filter was replaced on this 35000 mile check after it had been done during the 30000 mile interval (the normal). The car's environment has not changed. I tried to contact Tim and Leeson but I haven't had a reply.
I will be talking to them about the 2 years of free service I was given when I purchased the car and the reversal to a limited free service after the fact.
