Jason was great, personable and professional.
The work performed was good, but recommending $1300 in additional maintenance that had already been recently done is silly.

They were quick and did a diagnosistic at no cost as they found nothing. But, my 4runner has gotten worse, has not started after 4 tries, and is going to Firestone on Thursday forfurther resolution
Didn’t have transportation to and from work because of an inaccurate time estimate.
No need to reach out. I had not been to the service bay since the new “credit card” policy of 3% surcharge had been established. The sign indicating the new policy was not pointed out before I authorized the work, and when I was contacted to schedule work, the new policy was not communicated.
I may be the last person in Wichita that does not have a debit card.. That is my choice, but since consumer rights are not equal between debit and credit transactions, it’s a choice I am comfortable with having made. Had I been aware of the policy, I would have brought my checkbook. You certainly have the right to add a surcharge, just as I have a right to avoid doing transactions with businesses that, as I am preparing to pay for work performed, says, “Oh, by the way, there is a 3% surcharge for using a credit card.”
I know this sounds like I’m upset and venting - that’s not the case, it’s just a principle that guides me. I’m not trying to be vindictive - Your organization had plenty of opportunities to communicate this change. It did not. That in itself speaks volumes.
The vanilla smell in the business is horrible. Please remove it!

I had an oil change and had the engine filter and cabin filter replaced. I had coupons for both, but he said I could only use one even though it was two separate items.

We were overcharged $80 at a rate of 80% from the original quote to simply reprogram a key and your team was 2hrs late to their own appointment that they scheduled.
The cap was left off of the washer fluid and it wasn’t filled.
We have a huge oil spot on our driveway from an oil leak that happened after service.
Very disappointed and had to cancel our travel plans.
We will be there tomorrow morning to get determine the cause of the leak.
Didn’t put my wheel key back in the glove box.
