When I got in my car, the radio station was switched to rock and was turned up, the moon roof cover was pushed back, the clock was totally off and the car seat heater was on. (The last may have been my fault, but not the others. I did have the battery replaced, but it would have been nice to have everything reset. The inspection video was a visual inspection only, excluding the tread measurement. When I paid the bill, I had to pay a 3% surcharge of approx. $25 for using a credit card. I would have brought a check if I had known that.
Our Toyota notified us of required maintenance which was simply a tire rotation... only took 30 short minutes.
My final bill was over $700 not Including tax. I had ask to apply the coupon when my service order was written up in the morning. So it should be $70 off. When I got my bill it did not have the discount coupon of $70. He applied the coupon. I did not realize that he applied only $57. I noticed the amount when I got home so I am mentioning it in this comment box. He did not go over the changes with me.

I made a 10am appointment to get my tires rotated.
The price of the tire rotation was what I was quoted when I arrived .
As soon as they knew that I needed new tires
And that they were NOT going to do the tire rotation
I should have been told!!
If they were going to do other things, please tell me,
what to expect as far as price and waiting time.

2hrs. 45 minutes I waited
And waited with no communication!
The problem with the radio screen was not a big deal and I should have had a choice of wether to stay another 2 hours to have it checked. Which… was not resolved.
Communication with me during the 2hr. 45min wait of what was going on would have helped. Don’t want to come back!
