Tim didn't excellent job. I always choose to work with him. On a separate issue, I found that your service technicians went through my glove compartment. They pulled manuals out of a folder. I had personal possessions in the glove compartment, and I do not appreciate the intrusion. Again, Tim did a wonderful job. Please talk to your technicians.
