Went to pay and your high prices are not enough, I had to pay a 3 per cent "CONVENIENCE FEE" YOU DUMB ASSES don't even have to guts to call it what it is, a credit penalty I will never have my cars serviced there again.

Tire pressure light was on but all 5 tire pressures were ok. I brought in the Avalon and diagnostics determined that both tires on the driver’s side needed replacing.Also the cabin air filter needed replacing Even though this was more than I thought needed to be repaired, but it was necessary

Tyler West did a great job but the service charge on the credit card made me angry. As a business owner, I will take a credit card with its immediate approval over a check that may be stolen or have insufficient funds and I lose the entire amount. Is it worth **** off a customer for a $5 service charge? Might be something to think about. Plus, had I known before coming in for service, I would have brought another form of payment. Also, I did not know about this until I was paying for the service. Should have been told when checking in.
