I have no issue with the service; however, I have an issue with waiting room. I am sure I am not the first person to bring a small child with for the appointment. Why not I stall a small play area to occupy them for the hour-plus.
How can you make me completely satisfied? You can refund the $137.55 service assessment fee I paid. I was told my vehicle was done & ready for pick-up & when I arrived nothing had been done. I was told the parts would be in the day after after I dropped it off & it would take about an hour to fix , but apparently the parts had not come, so why was I not told that & instead was told it was ready for pick-up. I was then told they would be in the next day & I would be called to bring my vehicle back, but I didn’t get a call the next day either. I took my vehicle home unfixed, it’s a long drive over & I can’t just be without my vehicle for this unknown amount of time w/lack of communication & mis-communications.

The diagnostic service required an extended period of time, and a courtesy vehicle was not provided. I am still awaiting the parts description necessary for ordering the required components. The service advisor, while experienced, appeared to be overwhelmed and directed me to contact the parts department for part numbers via text message.

My service was a warranty on a battery. It was handled efficiently and quickly. I appreciate the professional manner in which it was handled.
I was quoted $200 for a fuel system clean. When I inquired further, it sounded like the description of the service was putting Techron in the gas tank. Of course, when pressed the service person couldn't elaborate on what was actually going to be done so that I could make an educated decision on whether or not it was a worthwhile service for $200.
