You really need to advertise that you charge 3% on credit card transactions. I have cash and a checkbook, but didn’t bring them, and if I’d known I would have. That’s $6 on a $200 transaction, just bake it into your pricing like literally every other shop on the planet. Or like I said, man up and post it on your website that you charge transaction fees.
I was very impressed with the quality work done on my Toyota Prius. The work was done with percision and It drove so much more smoothly after my daughter Therese and I left the service shop. You can be sure we will be back for the cars next check-up. Thank you for a job well done.

Honestly, I would like to say thank you to the entire staff at Eddys Toyota. I’ve personally had dealings with the General Manager, Finance Manager, Sales manager, and many of the sales people and perhaps most importantly the service department. I bring all my vehicles to Tyler. He’s been an outstanding representative of your business and ethics. People always tell me I’m crazy taking my vehicles to the dealership. “It’s so expensive, they’re stealing your money”. I’ve personally serviced and restored, as well had many vehicles serviced in my life. There is no price to be placed on peace of mind. In a day and age where customer service and professionalism are facing extinction, know that it is alive and thriving at Eddy’s Toyota. Know also that there are those who appreciate that to know end. I am one of those people. And though I’ve had all around good experiences with everyone at Eddy’s I would like to say a second Thank you to everyone in the service department and especially Tyler. As good as your sales people are, as welcoming as your sales floor is, your service department is why I recently purchased my FJ Cruiser with Eddy’s. Jeremiah.
wasn’t told the price on anything unless i brought it in, was told that it’d take 2-3 hours after i arrived (living an hour away) i decided not to go through with services after hearing the price just to diagnose and the time it’d take and decided to just have it cleaned, the outside still had bird poop on it and the inside wasn’t touched at all. wasted my time and gas for nothing.
Fantastic customer service in every respect. I always wait in the showroom which is pleasant.
my fluids weren’t filled or checked
There, were greasy hand prints on my white interior, and steering wheel.
Tyre was not rotated, but charged me for tyre rotation. Now I have doubts that they even change the oil. I am very disappointed with the service.
