Wheel lug nuts way over torqued. I tried to put locking nuts back on each wheel after my tire rotation, they were torqued way over the OEM recommended 76 ft lbs. There's no way those nuts would loosen if I have to change out a flat tire on the side of the road with the tire wrench that came with the vehicle.

Service advisor tried to convince me the GR Corolla didn't require oil changes every 5000 miles.
Came in for a key and fob. I knew fob would be pricey plus programming. There is no receiver on my truck so I spent 353$ on a key. No wiggle room on price. I feel I paid for a service I did not receive.
The team was very friendly and very kind they recommend new tires but didn't push for me to buy left it up to me if I wanted to get them then or later. You have great friendly people working for you and they are very professional

It would have been helpful to know that you charge a 3% fee for credit card payments. I could have brought my checkbook. Usually it is the smaller businesses and purchases that charge this fee, which is understandable. I find it ridiculous that Eddy’s charges the fee when you are doing so much business and most charges are at least $100. I spent around $2,000 on repairs and services. Most people don’t carry that much cash around, and few people carry checkbooks anymore. I resent being charged $62 in credit card fees to pay for services that I did not expect since the person I scheduled with assured me the engine service required light had to do with my tire rotation (which I questioned her on). I spent over 5 hours waiting and had that extra charge to deal with. I am not sure I will return to Eddy’s for service. It is a hellish place to spend 5 hours with no quiet space to work and get things done. The service manager, however, was very kind and friendly.
