i wasn't told about the $46.84 doen payment for financing. I had to sell a ladder i use to cover the payment hopefully I have prevented costly overdrafts.

In some of my previous visits fluids have not been filled so I started getting into the habit of checking prior to leaving Eddys. Yesterday was not the exception and I told the guy who checked me out if we can check fluids. And sure enough one of them was not filled so the guy who checked me out took it personally to go fill it up. Sometimes makes me want to doubt about the entirety of jobs performed on cars.

Elliot was great! But the shop ticket showed 0-W8 oil was used when my 2023 Corolla LE calls for 0-W16. He called back to Joe who did the work. Joe said he used 0-W16. Elliot says the parts guy enters the product in the ticket. This leaves me skeptical about what oil was really used.

I am an attention to detail person. With that being said the windshield washer notification was on and it wasn’t even filled. That makes me concerned that with the notification popping up did they really change the oil or rotate the tires. If I missed such small details in my work I’d be out of a job.

They left my engine cap of after service didn’t get oil change I came back after service. Dove 15 mil with out engine cap What kind of service are u doing hey didn’t even give me oil change or clean engine . All they did was put cap back on and half **** clean oil spill
