First of all, I was recommended by the gentleman who took a odometer reading and took pictures of my vehicle while Jason was not available at the check-in time that I need to do a transmission fluid change. I told him that I thought I did it not long time ago. He said my last service was in 2010. Hello! I bought this car in 2010 brand new. The last transmission fluid change was 6 years ago, and it’s been only 50K miles since then which I should do my homework that I still have 10K miles before I need it, but I trusted that guy. Please be honest and don’t try to sell something I don’t need yet. Secondly, whoever vacuumed my vehicle knocked the plastic cover off the trunk opener and lost it. He also didn’t hook the driver side floor mat back on. Also not to mention the 3% credit card fee which I think is too much.

Tim did good job, not the shuttle service. Last time the shuttle made me waited for over 45 minutes, this time I waited for over 25 mins, I had to walked back from TJ Max at risk of my safety to get my car. I wish the shuttle driver or receptionist can inform me how long that I need to wait.

I never saw Elliot Tripp. He was never around when I was. Jason Isaacs (sp?) took care of me and I was pleased with the way he handled things. The price was above what I expected but I’m used to my small town mechanic that I’ve known for years servicing my car.
