Had car looked at on may 11. Told needed tire. I have the warranty they tried to sell me a new one. Called 30 mins after appointment to give them the warranty info so could order tire was told would be in on the 15. Was not finally came in. Told indeed an appoint Thursday 23. They said no problem. Wrote down for the 22. Had to reschedule. Got to appointment. They had not contacted the warranty place to file claim. Like they said would do on the 11th. Had to wait long time so they could re diagnose the tire. Send in claim. This was suppose to be done before I got there.
I wish the scheduling girls could provide more information and answer more questions. I drove from McPherson not knowing that each thing I wanted looked at today would have a fee of around $100. Thankfully that was discussed as soon as I got there. Second, it took forever to diagnose my main concern, while I appreciate the shuttle to and from B&C (after sitting for nearly 2 hours) a little more freedom for out of towners would be appreciated (like a loaner for the day). Then I was flabbergasted when I learned that immediate fixes were recommended just because you didn't have records. I can't drive to Wichita every time I need an oil change just so you have it on file, especially when I'm a teacher that works until 3:30. Finally, I was glad that Leeson explained these things to me today and answered my questions to the best of his ability.

Vehicle inspection identified tire balancing & rear wiper as needing service. I agreed with the inspection and indicated to do the work as we’re hitting the road to CA on Saturday. But the work was not done. I guess it was too close to closing. Otherwise, the service was fine.

I was quoted a price by the young lady in the parts dept. with h out any other costs of instillation mentioned. I shared the quote to the gentleman who finalized the cost. He stated that she didn’t know what she was talking about. This shows to me that the process of communication needs to have a check and balance of information for the customers
Would have been Beneficial to have known that a 3% charge would be added to my amount owed for using a credit card for payment. Do not carry checks so had no other option to pay than with a credit card. You might want to let people know this at the time service is scheduled!!!!

I didn't appreciate the spots on my car after you washed it. Won't have y'all do that again. But the people were very nice and professional.
My service writer, I always see, and he has been in my service writer once before. Before he was my service writer, he was always so pleasant to me and took care of anything I needed just because I was standing at the counter where he was a partner too. He always has a pleasant attitude and always is interested in how I’m doing and if there’s anything he can do to help. The last two times he has been my service writer, everything has gone smoothly, and I am excited to have him for the duration. Thank you for hiring such a quality individual.
It was not fully explained to me What The recall Was actually for. If possible, when scheduling appointments by phone it would be nice to have an approximate time that the service will take.

I know my appointment to get my tires rotated and oil change was at 3:00pm, but it wasn’t completed until 5:30. Tim did let me know that they were running behind at 5:00.
