I didn’t receive an appraisal of my truck. I also did not receive an explanation of why I didn’t get it. I asked for it 3 times. This is not the first time I have been ignored. I think the problem lies in that your company has no way to track requests that don’t fit into your standard. This is because you are to worried about getting good marks for customer service more than delivering good customer service. From what I can tell the actual mechanics care more and you should eliminate the people that stand between me and them.

Everyone I had contact with was very friendly, interested in how I liked my new Toyota 4 runner. I was treated with respect and my concerns were answered with a full explanation. The waiting room was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the hot coffee! My car was clean and delivered by a polite young man who walked me to its location outside.

I called about getting my car in for a repair. When I spoke with Randy he explained that appointments were scheduled a couple weeks out but due to the repair being an emergency, he would fit my car in for the repair that day. I was able to drop my car off in the morning and my repair was completed that same day. I sincerely appreciate his help. Thank you!
