I had a 2:00 appointment on Saturday. I called that morning to see if there was anything earlier available and they said yes. I did not explain why I wanted an earlier appointment. When I arrived they explained that they were running a few hours behind (a technician did not show up due to the weather) and it would be more than a few hours before my service was complete. Luckily I was not planning to stay (I had someone pick me up)and wait and luckily I did not have urgent matters later that afternoon. All that to say it may be nice to warn people prior to their arrival if the service department is running far behind schedule. It happens sometimes.

Staff was very courteous, brought my car back in the garage so I could put my baby in the car without being outside in the freezing wind/cold. I truly appreciated that, as she's in that stage where she sometimes fights getting in the car seat (which she did when I was leaving). Thank you ??

It is always a pleasure coming in to Marquart and being greeted with a pleasant welcome from Jack. I appreciate his honesty and will continue to bring my vehicle to be serviced knowing that he is there for me with any concerns or questions I may have. I have failed to give a shout out to **** as well. She too is always very friendly and helpful.

I had two concerns while I was there yesterday for an oil change tire rotation. First concern, was when they were pulling the car around after the service was done the technician who was driving my car, got out with his lime green vape and started puffing. When I spend that much money on a new car and to come to you for service, I don’t expect your technicians to be vaping in or around my car. it is highly unprofessional.

The tire pressure was adjusted too low. The low pressure warning went off as I left the dealership and i had to refill air pressure . Ithe indicator showed 30-31 pounds per tire

We had a 1:00 apt. We were there 10 minutes early. He had trouble with the computer as we waited. Then he told us it would take until 3:10 to program our second key, change oil, and rotate tires. After 3:30 our phone told us the hood had been opened. I walked out to him at 3:45 and he didn’t know who I was. I said I’m not surprised you have forgotten me. We finally got out of there at 4:25. My wife explained how disappointed we were. We have bought many new cars. This was UNCHARACTERISTIC of customer service.
