She listen to me. She was concerned with what I was concerned about. She had my back. She mad sure I was taken care of and made me feel like Toyota family. She went above and beyond for me. Her customer service is top of the line. She carries herself with humility congeniality she is a real person. She made me and my family feel important.If I got to choose an Advisor to work with its a real hard choice but it would be Kaylee everytime. I had my last oil change at around 22,000 miles. The sticker said to come into for my next change around 27,000 miles. I was told I would get my first five oil changes for free. Today I learned that the 5th oil change needed to be made by 25,000 miles. This was not indicated on the sticker and it was never told to me. I feel like Markquart is just kind of a scam. The front desk people are super nice and helpful but there is always shady activity with the car. I had you fix a crack in my windshield and then on my next visit I was told that it was not fixed well enough to get it washed - I said you fixed it and the guy was a jerk. I will definitely not be using you for service after my warranty is expired. I like Toyota and this is my second car from your dealership and likley the last.
