I can always count on Dyln to provide THE highest level of customer service. Without exception he is courteous, professional, and simply outstanding. I am so glad he came back to the service department and is the reason I returned as well. I always have a good experience with Dyln. Finally, he always completely explains the service and repairs my car needs as well as the costs in terms I can understand so there are no surprises when it comes time to pay and that is most appreciate. Dyln is a true service partner as I strive in my goal to get my 2009 Prius to the 400,000 mile mark!
