Dean is the best auto service supervisor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. His communication and people skills are outstanding and he doesn’t beat around the bush. When there is a problem he meets it head on and works to find a solution for the customer and the dealership. I’ll continue to have my Prius serviced there because of his excellent care. Dean was sooo helpful. I’m an idiot when it comes to cars & I need to work with people I trust. Seems you’ve reassembled a good Service crew to work with. I drifted away in the past when you had a team that seemed to be trying to upsell me on services that, according to other mechanics, I didn’t necessarily need.
