Every single person at the Northcutt Service Center, from every employee to all the other customers, was wonderful. I had two vehicles in for service on the same day. Waiting for my vehicles turned into a lovely experience.

I would have been more happy if you had sold me the loaner car. But I am completely satisfied or I would not have brought my car back the second time and I will continue to use Northcutt Toyota . Thank you so much

Honestly, I was very disappointed on the way the company is headed. I realize the local Toyota store has to do what they are told, but I think it is very impersonal and cold! I felt like a machine. I did not like being sent text when I was 5 feet from the desk. I do not feel like you care if I’m there or not. I want customer service.

I was treated extremely rudely today. I had some concerns about a part that I had had installed in July. It was the plastic liner that goes inside the left front wheel well. I drive a lot for my job, all highway and interstate, and I'm rarely home, so I thought I would bring it to their attention whenever they changed my oil again. Instead, he would not listen to me and insisted that I hit something and damaged it myself. In fact my husband was with me the first time we took it out after that part was installed and we heard it come loose and drag on the highway. We drove it back home immediately. We did notice at that time that the parts were not even tucked in underneath the car the way it should be to secure it. Whenever you're going down the road there's a lot of wind and it had pushed it loose. We secured it back and duct taped the edges so that it would hold until my next service. The person who took me into the shop very rudely accused me of being dishonest and insisting that I hit something. I stated that I didn't want any money or any refund but I just wanted them to secure it back so that I could drive the car safely. He said there's nothing to screw it to or attach it to because you hit something. He would not give me an opportunity to tell any more of my story and made it clear that he was not interested in hearing it. He was convinced that he was right. I understand that he doesn't know me from Adam and some people are dishonest but there's no reason for me to lie to you about this. In any event if you want to lose all of your female customers chew them out act rude, slam doors,and make sure that you accuse them of lying in front of the young techs standing by on the shop floor. His communication skills were atrocious. No one should be talked to like that, especially in front of other staff. He's setting a terrible example for them. In the end they did not secure it back. I had to stop on the way home and buy more duct tape. I have been very loyal since 2017 but I won't be returning in the future.
