I didn’t have an appointment and was in town (I live about an hour away) my service light came on and called to see if they could get me in. Ty said to bring it in and I got the vehicle serviced without a wait. They even washed it for me. Great service.

I am always completely satisfied with Dyln. He is professional and knowledgeable and takes very good care of my Prius. I have 201000 miles on the car and my objective is to get 400,000 out of it. Dyln knows this and is mindful of the goal. We are working together to accomplish this. I am pleased to have a service advisor who knows how to get things accomplished every step of the way to maintain my older vehicle.

I had not been to Northcutt before today, I’ve used Janzen in Stillwater. I was very happy with Dyln and the overall service from Northcutt. Oil change and tire rotation were very quick. Based on my experience today I will be back.
