I had called ahead to ask if service could look at my tires as the light was on and after checking the air myself at home, I was confused as to why the light was on. I also asked this when I arrived to drop my car off, asked for someone to make sure they looked at my tires. I had just purchased the car, and it was odd the light was already on so I was feeling somewhat anxious about it. When I picked up my car, it was clear no one had looked at my tires. I pulled back in and asked the worker to help me. This experience was great, whoever was working the service floor 7/10 around 6pm was great. He immediately checked my air and told me how to recalibrate. Not sure why I had to ask 3 separate times, and in the end it worked out, but not the best first impression.

I came in with everything working fine I just needed an oil change & they tried to send me how with a glovebox that didn’t shut. I have never once had problems with my glovebox & they wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. Thankfully my boyfriend pointed out that it should be covered by warranty. (which they conveniently did not bring to my attention) it was & they fixed it 2 days later thankfully. Bummer to get into your care & have something broken & just left that way. It felt like they didn’t care.
