Since purchasing our 2017 CR-V at Inver Grove Honda we have developed a much appreciated relationship with Service Advisor Jason Schumacher. Whenever we need service on our Honda, we request Jason to handle us. He treats us right, is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and has our trust. In this service, Jason was diligent in keeping us updated as to when we may expect the work on our vehicle to be completed. Much appreciated! Inver Grove is an impressive dealership in every way but I would not hesitate to say that Jason would be a huge influence in our decision to shop there again. Bill and Judy Engstrom

Repair technician recommended battery replacement. The battery was relatively new. I had it checked by AAA and it is fine. Looks like an to replace something that wasn’t needed.

Charlie is outstanding to work with! He’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and my go-to service advisor! On a separate note, please fix your updated online service program so that I can request Charlie as I book a service appointment instead of a default with Kirsten Nelson. The update was a step backwards from the previous version.

I appreciate Katie’s honesty and transparency. In January, I was told I would by a different advisor need brakes soon, likely by fall. I made an appointment for June 17 for brakes and an oil change. Katie told me my brakes are fine and that I have a few more oil changes left before I need new brakes. She was honest, full of integrity and professional. The other advisor from January could take a lesson from her.
