I am very impressed With Tim Larsen. He delivered extraordinary care to me and my vehicle. One Managing doesn’t see this kind of personal service much anymore. He went above and beyond his job description I’m sure in fully managing a very complicated car repair. He made extra calls to me, and other people involved in the care of the car to delver the very best outcome. Kudos to you for having him on your staff

I was completely service advisor but I am not happy with the Honda warranty on the AC units. They have extended the warranty and they can never find the leak immediately so they put the dye in and I pay the $520 and have to bring it back so when they find the leak they will fix it and reinburse me! This is so inconvenient! I am own 3 Hondas all with the same issues. If you Honda wants to keep me as a customer they need to do better with their warranty issues or I will switch to Toyota.

Bob was great. He went above and beyond for me. However, I just replaced the cabin air filter myself and the cabin air filter cover was missing. I think it was not replaced during the inspection.
