On my first oil change after buying my car I asked for alignment to be looked at as there was a shake when braking. I was told not worry about it and we’ll look at brakes next oil change. The misalignment that wasn’t addressed last time has resulted in tire damage. Now you’re trying to sell me tires for a problem that should have been addressed at purchase. Again at oil change. Again a couple days ago. If you’re willing to make it right I’ll bring my car in for tires. Otherwise I told Marcos I’m done giving money to you and will go somewhere I can trust. I would have stopped the brake job if it hadn’t already started. Including my purchase I have had a pathetic experience at Honda everytime. Nice people with snacks, that don’t listen and don’t follow through with what is asked, and needs to be done. Feels like there is a script instead of listening. Marcos talks like he’s read too many sales books, learned about cars on YouTube in the break room, and talks to me like Ive never seen a car. I told exactly what was wrong with it when I got there. Which was based off what your guy told me last time.did poor job answering my questions because he did a poor job listening. Seems like he would rather be liked than to be helpful. I should have spoke with a manger at the time, still don’t know how that didn’t happen. I came to Honda for the reputation and I needed ease. It has not been experienced. If a manager wants to call. Call.

I never received initial conformation after scheduling my online appointment. I called to have it sent to me. I called during a busy time to check the status of my maintenance; I was told I would receive a call back soon. I called again after waiting 2 hours. The customer service person said the service desk was busy again and that she would connect me to the service manager. I left a voice message. My service contact called about 40 minutes later, then the service manager called about 1.5 hours after that to check if I received a call back. This seems like a lot of leg work on my end to find out the status of my repair!

Bob was great to work with. Burnsville Honda in 2 minutes from my house but I drive half an hour to Inver Grove because of the service at IGH.
